  Friday evening arrived and went to the visitors cener around 5:30 and got to see 2 bucks fighting over a cow. Ate at the Benezette hotell which was good.  Saturday got up to rain and cool weather.  Found the cross on the hill interfaith walk on Mt Zion road.  Very peaceful and wonderful view of the foliage in the valley.  Saw a lot of buck on Winslow Hill and Dents Run in the afternoon. Went to St. Marys for dinner and some shopping.  It was a very nice visit and the stay in the cabin was comfortable and we are hoping to come back again someday.

  We had a lovely 3-night winter stay. Rick’s place was clean and just as advertised. One morning about two dozen elk came right through the yard, especially thrilling our 10-year old. The elk visitor center and excellent hiking were quick drives. Check in was easy. Quiet area. We had no complaints. The kitchen was excellent with nice appliances for cooking family meals
